Needle Flame Alcohol Torch
Has the added feature of a torch "jet" (small tube seen over wick) that provides a pin point flame when the bottle is squeezed. Great for tip repairs, guide removal, etc... Used as a standard burner, this is a much cleaner flame than butane for "flaming" finish to remove bubbles or level. Won't discolor finish. Also useful for singeing threads prior to applying finish. Uses standard denatured alcohol which is available in the solvent/paint thinner dept. of your local hardware store.
