We prefer to communicate more by email than phone for the most part. We speak to so many people daily that it can
get lost what was spoken about. If at all possible, we email to have everything recorded in case it ever becomes an
issue. But if you need to call us, please do so!

With a struggling economy, and "shops" opening up (that are not actual shops) as well as manufacturers selling to
the public, we have scaled down a bit what we invest in to carry.

 We carry about 95% of the components you see.
 We are constantly refilling stock, WE TRY never to be out of something for too long.

Blanks -- We do not carry a full line of any blank. Most manufacturers like United Composites, we can get within a few
 days, since they are local. Calstar at this time is running several weeks behind. Pacific Bay Blanks, we can order what we don't have, and receive it within 
only a few days. Black Hole is always approx. a 10 day wait. Jaws is local and FAST and deliver to us!

We are a custom shop and we are open Tuesday thru Friday and every other Saturday. Please ALWAYS check the website 
for updated info. There are times when we must skip a Saturday or be open 2 Saturdays in a row. Especially if a holiday falls 
anywhere near a weekend.

 We cannot work 7 days a week. Like everyone else, we do need a day off sometimes. The Mom and
Pop shops of the world work hard and we can try to accommodate you if you can't come in during the
hours we are open.. Just ask, we live close by!

No, we do not do either wrapping OR repairing on site. We supply everything you need to build/repair your own custom rods. We sell whatever parts you need 
to do so. We can recommend repair shops or builders if you'd like. We used to offer ALL of these services, but, we
 started to feel as if we were competing with those we sold to, so we stopped.

No, we do not do either of those. B&F Rod and Reel or Even Turners in Chino. You can ask for Kenny, they sell these items and also ask about rod repair. We aren't your
 typical tackle shop. We are a custom rod building shop. We have tried to get the search engines to take us out of the category
 of selling bait. We apologize for any confusion.

At this time, we are ONLY shipping in the United States. Shipping companies have switched the rules on us so we are only allowed to ship within the United States. You can email us to see if we are able to accommodate an order for you if needed.

Most shipping carriers have now raised their prices to such an amount, that shipping 8’ blanks has become so expensive that 8’ is all we can do
 to keep our pricing fair to our customers.

If you placed an order, returned it to us and we shipped it for free, we charge a restock fee.
