Return Policy

C&M Custom Tackle will accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt of goods. Return authorization (RGA) must be obtained by phone or email within 7 days of receipt of your order . Please have your order number available. C&M Custom Tackle will provide you with a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) as well as shipping instructions to return the merchandise to us following the conditions listed below.

** ANYTHING RETURNED MUST BE UN-USED AND IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION!

DAMAGED PACKAGING
If a package was damaged in shipping, please refuse the shipment if you can or have the carrier note the damage on the delivery (signature) document. Save the original packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect and contact us. We will contact the carrier for inspection and replace any damaged items pending carrier approval.
