C&M Custom Tackle guarantees your satisfaction on every item we stock. If  you are not
satisfied with an item, please call us within seven days of receipt to receive a return goods
authorization number (RGA) and return your products to us in their original condition and a full
refund will be issued under the conditions of returns below.

C&M Custom Tackle will accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt of goods.  
Return authorization (RGA) must be obtained by phone by
email  within 7 days of receipt of
your order .  Please have your invoice number available.   C&M Custom Tackle will provide you
with a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) as well as shipping instructions to return
the merchandise to us following the conditions listed below.
If a package was damaged in shipping, please refuse the shipment if you can or have the carrier note
the damage on the delivery (signature) document. Save all of the original packaging material and
merchandise for the carrier to inspect and contact us.   We will contact the carrier for inspection and
replace any damaged items pending carrier approval.

Customers will be notified of any out of stocks or shortages effective. Customers may either cancel back ordered
items from the order, or have the order held until it is complete.  We will do our best to provide you with an ETA on
back ordered parts at this time.

International shipments and shipments to military APO/FPO, We will do our best to discount Military orders.  After
all, it is because of you that I have the freedom that I do and we here, couldn't be more appreciative.
Shipping/FAQ page.

International customers who do not inquire about shipping before placing orders and then decide they do not like
the shipping price will be refunded their money less a 15% cancellation fee.  Our time must be worth something and
the time taken to pull pack and invoice a customer when it is clearly stated how international shipping is calculated
here on our shipping page.  We cannot be held responsible for customers who choose not to read.

  • C&M Custom Tackle will not accept returned merchandise without a RGA number. The RGA number
    must be clearly printed on the box being returned.

  • To obtain the RGA number, please provide us with the invoice number and reason for the return.

  • Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused/unmodified items in the original box
    and packaging with all accessories within 7 days for an exchange, refund or credit.

  • Returned merchandise must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

  • Shipping for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the sender.

  • Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes what you paid to have it sent to you, and the
    return postage.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for credit for returned items.

  • All book, video, weaving pattern and software sales are subject strictly to replacement if found
    defective, rather than credit or refund.

  • Special orders (items not shown on our site) may not be returned.

  • C&M Custom Tackle reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns of all merchandise
    other than mis-shipped items.

  • Customers requesting a refund must return items to C&M Custom Tackle within 14 days of receipt of
    goods.  Items returned 15-30 days after customer receipt will be credited with a store credit from C&M
    Custom Tackle.
Blank Warranty

Most of the Manufacturers deal directly with the builder or end user for warranty issues.

With every sale, you get a receipt. SAVE IT!! This may be necessary when contacting
the Mfg to state who you bought it from and when.  You may contact us for that
information but you will ultimately need to contact the Mfg for their process of warranty.  
Please remember to take pictures as well, as, they may ask for them.

Please remember we live in times where thieves believe they have the right to help themselves
to your belongings that you worked hard for and you paid for.

We do not replace stolen packages we apologize but we just can't be responsible for it in that
To ensure your package gets to you, here are a few hints if you haven't done this already.

... Have your package delivered to your place of employment. Most employers are ok with this,
just ask!
... Have a relationship with your mail carrier.  Sometimes they will have no problems putting
packages behind a fence or placing behind a bush for safe keeping.
... PO Box at the post office is the safest way to go even though this is completely

We are sorry for your frustration when it comes to this.  These suggestions are merely a
thought and do not mean in any way your packages WILL get stolen, but, it does happen.
