DAMAGED PACKAGING If a package was damaged in shipping, please refuse the shipment if you can or have the carrier note the damage on the delivery (signature) document. Save all of the original packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect and contact us. We will contact the carrier for inspection and replace any damaged items pending carrier approval. BACKORDERS Customers will be notified of any out of stocks or shortages effective. Customers may either cancel back ordered items from the order, or have the order held until it is complete. We will do our best to provide you with an ETA on back ordered parts at this time. APO/FPO and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International shipments and shipments to military APO/FPO, We will do our best to discount Military orders. Blank Warranty Most of the Manufacturers deal directly with the builder or end user for warranty issues. With every sale, you get a receipt. SAVE IT!! This may be necessary when contacting the Mfg to state who you bought it from and when. You may contact us for that information but you will ultimately need to contact the Mfg for their process of warranty. Please remember to take pictures as well, as, they may ask for them. |
